“Buying a home is a BIG DEAL!! Whether you are a first time buyer or not. My husband and I needed to upgrade from a townhome to bigger single family home due to our growing family. We had been searching the internet and driving all around town looking for the perfect home. When we finally thought we had found the one, we requested a showing to see it in person. Within minutes we got a call from Joie. She was very friendly and sounded like a go-getter off the bat. She got us an immediate showing time which was awesome because we were already in the area. While we were there as we were discussing the home she could tell this wasn’t the one for us. She asked for our “Must Haves” and started searching for us on the spot. She came up with a few additional properties that met our criteria and was able to get a showing right then!! Wow! We were impressed!

They ended up not being the “Right Homes” for us but she didn’t give up! We scheduled another appointment to meet with her at our townhome to go over in more detail everything we wanted. We needed an expert that could actually sell our townhome as we had previously listed it with no activity. It was less than 2 weeks and it was SOLD for asking price to boot (with some great negotiating by Joie)! Now we had a problem……We needed a house! She worked diligently and accommodated our busy schedule and our crazy amount of showing requests to help us find the perfect home. We found the perfect home just in time to complete our move out and move in on the same day! I can say for certain that Joie LOVES being a realtor, she LOVES the craziness that goes along with it and she LOVES seeing that look in her clients eyes when they find “THE ONE”! If you are looking to buy, sell or both she is your “one stop shop.”
